Wireless Network Design

Andorix will design a wireless network service that ensures no WiFi dead zones in the building. We will provide heatmap reports and recommend placement of wireless devices for your coverage area.

Remote Monitoring and Management

By using strategic tools, Andorix will remotely monitor and manage all wireless access points and connected network switches, routers and firewalls in your building. We will also analyze data from the various devices and take appropriate actions to proactively resolve problems and/or notify respective management teams.

MACD Change Requests

Andorix provides access to a HelpDesk management system to track change requests to the network. Authorized representatives will be assigned by the customer who will have ability to request MACD type of support from the Andorix operations centre.

Key Performance Indicators for Network

Andorix will measure performance of the network environment, including Internet bandwidth utilization and wireless device usage. If metrics indicate defined thresholds will not be met, Andorix will proactively plan with customer to address the usage problem.

24/7/365 Maintenance and Support

Andorix provides 24x7x365 maintenance and support of the network devices in your building. We ensure the optimal operation of the wireless network devices by doing regular firmware updates and replacing the device in the event of hardware failure.

Documentation and Reporting

Andorix will maintain an Operational Run Book that includes copies of documentation per network location. Andorix will also provide a monthly utilization reports showing usage of network bandwidth. A
